Rename the project

I really liked the old name, but there's like sixteen Lisp things with
"Bone"-related names so I'll make the sacrifice.

Temperance is a logic programming library for Common Lisp.

**Temperance is still in development, don't actually try to use this for
anything yet.  It should be usable by mid-2016.**
