Fix bookmark output on Mercurial 3.5. Mercurial 3.5 renamed the `repo._bookmarkcurrent` attribute to `_activebookmark`.

Installation ============ Installing `hg-prompt` requires [Python][] 2.5+ and (obviously) Mercurial.
