<p>cl-netpbm is a pure Common Lisp library for reading and writing the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netpbm_format">netpbm
image formats (PPM, PGM, and PBM)</a>.</p>
<p>These image formats are very simple, but not efficient.  If you need extreme
performance you should not use these formats (or this library).</p>
