Conserve is a Common Lisp library for reading and writing [RFC
4180](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4180) CSV data.
**Not ready yet, clone at your own risk.**
The test suite passes in SBCL, CCL, ECL, ABCL, Allegro, and LispWorks on Ubuntu
18.04.
