+Worked on getting QoRTs running again:
+
+* Previous runs exploded with a mostly-useless error about a GTF line having
+  too few columns.
+* Tried rerunning with an Ensemble GTF instead of one from NCBI and it seems to
+  work.
+* Had to explicitly tell QoRTs to use more than 1GB of memory (lol), by passing
+  the typical Java `-Xmx` option as an option to the shell script, which does
+  some magic garbage to extract it out and pass it separately to Java.
+* There are options for number of threads for QoRTs but they're marked as
+  deprecated because Threading is Hard, so I guess it'll just be single-threaded
