+Had to update SBCL today and wanted to parallelize the build to make it run
+a bit faster.  I remember Rainer Joswig tweeting about this but can't find the
+tweet, Googling for `SBCL parallel` is useless, there's no documentation of the
+magic env vars, and I can't find them by scanning `make-config.sh` or `make.sh`
+so I eventually gave up and asked in `#sbcl`.  The magical incantation to
+parallelize SBCL with multiple jobs is:
