+Cleanup up the styling of `hg.stevelosh.com` a bit more.  This time it was the
+`<code>` tags inside `<li>`'s that weren't styled.  I styled `<p><code>` before,
+because I wanted to *avoid* applying those styles to `<pre><code>` content
+(otherwise it'd have double borders all over the place).  But that missed out on
+the `<code>` tags that weren't inside paragraphs.  Ended up just styling *all*
